Thanks to a 100% practical approach, participants develop their mastery of digital tools, particularly artificial intelligence, current working methods, as well as human skills essential to their employability. Learning is built around concrete projects carried out in a collaborative and innovative environment. The program relies on a team of specialized mentors, each an expert in their field, who accompany participants through projects.MissionYou will accompany adults in professional transition with rigor, humanity, and impact, while respecting the huumyk pedagogical framework by developing their skills, professional posture, and employability. You will design learning paths related to no-code development, process automation, digital tool mastery, and the creation of business solutions augmented by artificial intelligence. Continuous improvement of content and quality of measurement, in collaboration with the entire team, will also be part of your daily life.- Individually accompany participants in their progress, autonomy, and professional project.- Have participants work on concrete cases related to processes, no-code solution design, digital tool mastery, and artificial intelligence in their professional activities.- Observe progress, provide feedback, and adapt your support to the needs of participants.- Design and facilitate workshops on low-code/no-code solutions, data and dashboards, Product management and UX, web development, cybersecurity, among others related to new technologies.- Collaborate with other mentors and internal teams to ensure a coherent and high-quality participant experience.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content, tools, pedagogical methods, and the program as a whole.Your profile- You have experience in process automation, low-code/no-code solutions, and AI in business.- You understand the basics of software architecture, databases and SQL, as well as front-end and full-stack web development.- You use tools such as n8n, Cursor, GitHub, Figma, Power BI, Power Apps, Vercel, Supabase, Notion, and Lovable, or equivalent solutions.- Experience in coaching or support is an asset.- You reside in Switzerland, ideally in the canton of Neuchâtel.Your superpowers- You demonstrate listening skills, adaptability, and a mentor posture that fosters progress.- You know how to create a learning environment that is both demanding, caring, and empowering.- You encourage autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning.- You possess a modern vision of process automation, where no-code solutions and artificial intelligence are at the service of humans, creativity, and performance.- You enjoy working in a team and contributing to collective projects.- You are curious, you explore new tools and share your learnings.Joining huumyk means joining a company in motion, driven by a strong vision, a culture of continuous learning, and the desire to build useful solutions aligned with the realities on the ground.
