Our property management service is seeking a 100% PPE manager.Your missions: Complete management of a PPE portfolio (technical & committee meetings and chairing Assemblies), monitoring of works, maintenance of buildings, management of claims and insurance, privileged contacts with co-owners, companies, and close collaboration with a dedicated manager. Your skills: Proven experience in PPE management in French-speaking Switzerland (essential), very good technical skills, ability to manage priorities and make decisions, excellent written and oral communication skills (federal certificate as a property manager is a serious asset), knowledge of Quorum (a strong advantage).Your strengths and qualities: Dynamic, team spirit, good stress management, customer service-oriented, listening skills and ease in managing priorities with flexible hours, holding a driving license (car or motorcycle), ready to take on challenges and commit long-term.The Daudin group offers you: A family-run structure, human-sized, attentive to its clients; a pleasant and stimulating working atmosphere; a committed and motivated team of 3 people; a human environment.
