An Architect at 100% As a confirmed architect in the Works and Sustainable Development department, you will be responsible for the following tasks: · Project management during all SIA phases 21 to 53 · Building files (APA & DD) · Management and supervision of works of varying importance · Energy-related and/or attic conversions, calls for tenders, and submissions · Writing work schedules, timelines, and all tasks related to the projects · Financial monitoring and for this position · An architect EPF or HES (eligible for MPQ) · A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience · Excellent knowledge of construction, standards, and current procedures · Ease in technical understanding and project management · Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets · Strong capacity and effective management of priorities · Proficiency in drawing software Archicad 2D & 3D or Autocad · Mastery of the French language, spelling, and writing Additionally, you are interested in the real estate field.
