Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a 90% cook position

Within a modern environment hosting training sessions, seminars and professional events, you will participate in the preparation and service of a varied and quality catering offer.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and plate hot and cold dishes in compliance with quality standards.
• Participate in the daily production for the corporate restaurant, seminars and events.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Ensure optimal use of raw materials and equipment.
• Participate in the receipt and inspection of goods.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Work closely with the entire kitchen and service team.

Your profile

• Cook’s federal certificate of capacity (CFC) or equivalent training.
• Successful experience in collective catering, hospitality or traditional catering.
• Organisational skills, autonomy and team spirit.
• Excellent stress resistance and ability to manage several activities simultaneously.
• Strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Flexibility regarding hours according to the centre’s activity in the evenings and weekends.
• You communicate easily in German and/or French.
