Depending on the workshop's needs, you will be assigned to one of the cleanroom production roles, notably in Plasma/Etching, Final Inspection, or potentially Dicing.
Temporary assignments starting immediately, duration indefinite.
Shift patterns according to assignment: 2x8 or night shifts.



6 Cleanroom Operators - Plasma/Inspection/Dicing



Desired profile:

  • Experience in cleanroom production, ideally in the medical, microelectronics, watchmaking, microtechnology sectors or similar fields.
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small components.
  • Comfortable working under a binocular microscope and/or with automated equipment.
  • Calm, methodical, careful and rigorous individual.
  • Ability to follow precise procedures and work in a demanding environment.
  • Good team spirit and flexibility according to workshop assignment.
Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the production of various products on automated equipment in the cleanroom, in close collaboration with process teams.
  • Operate plasma dry etching machines and manage automated Etching manufacturing steps.
  • Perform automated sawing/dicing operations, depending on workshop assignment.
  • Carry out visual and technical inspection of wafers or components.
  • Inspect parts post-process and identify any defects using a binocular microscope, according to workshop assignment.
  • Conduct measurements and analyses using metrology equipment or automated means.
  • Handle sensitive components using tweezers.
  • Validate operations via a CAM system.
  • Comply with production procedures, quality standards and cleanroom work requirements.
