We are looking for a:
50% Secretary-Receptionist
from mid-September 2026 or by agreement
We offer you the opportunity to
- manage the reception according to fixed hours, Monday to Friday (8:30-11:30), welcome and direct visitors, and operate the telephone switchboard;
- receive orders and mail for the entire Foundation;
- support administration with various operational and administrative tasks;
- manage the archives;
- scan and file documents;

Your profile
- you hold a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification and have 2 years of experience in the field;
- a friendly, rigorous, and collaborative person, with a sense of organisation and confidentiality, you enjoy working in a team and independently;
- you are proficient with common IT tools (MS Office);
- you hold a driving licence.
