Your tasks:

  • Administrative assistance and support to Operational Managers
  • Preparation of tender and submission documents
  • Preparation of offers and invoices
  • Ticket follow-up
  • Document archiving
  • Writing letters
  • Managing mail and emails
  • Reception and management of telephone calls
  • Various other administrative tasks inherent to the role

Your profile:

  • Commercial employee CFC or experience in the administrative field
  • Proven experience in a secretarial position in the construction sector (an advantage)
  • Comfortable with numbers and perfect command of Excel and Word
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Perfect command of French (minimum level C1)
  • Knowledge of English (an advantage)
  • Versatile, proactive and enterprising person
  • Excellent teamwork skills and great interpersonal ease
  • Good stress resistance
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Organised person who manages priorities well
