Job Description
Depending on the temporary assignments offered to you with our various clients, you will join the service team and follow the instructions of the maître d'hôtel. In the context of banquets, catering services, executive lounges or within "à la carte" restaurants, you will participate in setting up the rooms, offer a warm welcome to guests and ensure the service of food and beverages by applying the current standards. You will bring your expertise and interpersonal skills to guarantee a high-quality service.
Profile Sought
You have at least three years of experience as a waiter - chef de rang in high-standard hotel establishments or in gastronomic/bistronomic catering. Ideally, you have initial training in front of house. Naturally cheerful and friendly, you are organised, rigorous, dynamic and customer-oriented. Able to advise your clients on food and wine pairings, you speak French perfectly and have good knowledge of English and/or German. Your attention to detail and your ease in interpersonal relations make you a collaborator who can truly add value to our various clients.
