Within a "pilot" workshop, you will be heavily involved in strategic projects.

Desired profile:

• Federal VET Diploma in mechanics or equivalent qualification
• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
• Experience in grinding, lapping and satin finishing CNC in the watchmaking field = an asset
• Knowledge of programming (Gibbs = an asset)
• Mastery of control equipment and reading of plans
• Proven experience in machining: turning and milling
• Rigorous, organised person with a good team spirit

• Perform setups and adjustments on 3-axis Index and 5-axis K5 CNC machining centres and ensure their follow-up
• Perform setups and adjustments on 3-axis and 5-axis Recomatic CNC preparation machines and ensure their follow-up
• Carry out dimensional and aesthetic checks of components
• Contribute to continuous improvement by being proactive in manufacturing methods and tooling realisation
• Perform production stamping and monitor daily production indicators
