Tasks:

• Ensure the setting of existing products as well as the production monitoring of a fleet of grinding machines

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee production in line with the line objectives in terms of quality and quantity
• Carry out settings and tool changes in accordance with manufacturing orders
• Perform visual and dimensional checks of produced parts
• Carry out preventive maintenance of CNC and conventional machines
• Participate in the training and skills development of machining operators
• Ensure the transmission of information between the 2x8 teams

Skills:

• Federal VET Diploma in mechanics or equivalent training
• Proven experience in an industrial environment would be an asset
• Knowledge of grinding machines, such as Studer, Pemamo, would be an asset
• Good communication skills, continuous improvement oriented, with strong potential for development
• Methodical, rigorous, autonomous person with an excellent team spirit
