This offer is made for you!Responsibilities:As a Recruiter in our Fribourg agency, your main responsibilities will include:Sourcing and research:Identify the best talents based on clients' needs through various sources: recruitment platforms, social networks, job boards, internal databases, etc.Draft and distribute recruitment advertisements in French and selection of candidates:Analyze applications and perform rigorous pre-selection based on recruitment criteria.Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews.Management of the recruitment process:Follow and support candidates throughout the recruitment process: from the interview to the client's interviews and assist candidates in presenting their profiles to employers.Onboarding candidates:Prepare and coordinate new employees for our clients, ensuring they are well informed about their missions and providing post-placement follow-up to ensure satisfaction.Requirements:You hold a degree in X field and/or have initial experience in HR and/or have a passion for this field. You speak French fluently. English and/or German are a plus. You possess solid skills and are able to build trusting relationships with candidates and clients.
