To strengthen its production teams, it is currently looking for a Mold Maker 100% to work on modern equipment within a dynamic and quality-oriented environment.Mold Maker 100%Reporting to the Production Manager, you are responsible for the proper functioning of injection tooling and contribute directly to the industrial performance of the site. Your main responsibilities are as follows:- Ensure the assembly, disassembly, and mold changes on plastic injection presses.- Perform the necessary adjustments during production start-ups to ensure the conformity of manufactured parts.- Check the quality of the first parts produced and validate series launches.- Diagnose malfunctions related to molds, peripherals, or presses and implement appropriate corrective actions.- Perform first-level preventive maintenance on tooling and production equipment.- Participate in the continuous improvement of production processes to optimize quality, changeover times, and productivity.- Ensure compliance with current quality, safety, and environmental procedures.- Ensure the traceability of interventions and update the monitoring documents.Profile- Holder of a vocational qualification (CFC) as a mechanic, polymechanic, toolmaker, plastics technician, or equivalent technical training.- You have confirmed experience in the field of plastic injection, ideally with high-value-added technical parts.- You possess solid knowledge in the assembly and adjustment of injection molds.- You are comfortable reading technical drawings and using control equipment.- Knowledge of tooling maintenance or mechanics is a real asset.- You appreciate teamwork while demonstrating autonomy within your scope of responsibilities.- Rigorous, reactive, and solution-oriented, you know how to manage priorities in a production environment.- You are willing to work in shifts.What our client offers you- A modern industrial environment with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies.- A human-sized company favoring proximity and initiative.- A varied position combining technique, quality, and precision.- Attractive employment conditions and development prospects.Do you wish to put your expertise at the service of a recognized player in plastic injection and join a team passionate about technology?We look forward to receiving your application and discussing this opportunity with you. jid04d45d3aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
