Movetia is a youth science organization. Movetia is the agency for exchanges and mobility. Across the cantons, we encourage exchange, mobility, and activities at all levels in Switzerland, Europe, and around the world. Our vision: all young people should have a significant experience in another linguistic or cultural region during their youth, as an exchange broadens perspectives, strengthens social cohesion, and promotes key skills for the future, such as critical thinking, autonomy, openness, and understanding. We thus contribute to the development of a Swiss space that is networked, diverse, and outward-looking. If you have experience in working with youth organizations and wish to implement impactful projects, strengthen networks, and actively contribute to youth development, we are looking forward to meeting you! Your tasks:You are part of the youth team and ensure the smooth operation and quality of the projects supported by Movetia. - Reviewing project submissions and supporting youth work actors in the planning and implementation of projects.- Networking and developing programs in close collaboration with experts, and designing promotional activities and projects suited to the groups.- Attending events and networking meetings.- You develop and maintain networks and work closely with the program development team.Your qualifications:- University degree (preferably Master's) in a relevant field.- You are familiar with youth work in Switzerland and have experience working with extracurricular youth organizations and institutions.- Knowledge in project management; you work accurately, reliably, and within deadlines, approaching demanding tasks independently, in a structured manner, and solutions-oriented.- Openness, flexibility, and a high degree of autonomy – you tackle challenges with the necessary agility.- Ideally, experience in coordinating and accompanying programs in a European context or you are motivated to actively develop areas of activity and enjoy teamwork.- Excellent language skills: German or French at a strong level as well as an excellent command of a second language (preferably English).- Interest in digital processes and tools, and good knowledge of common office software.Your activity may occasionally require business trips in Switzerland and abroad, which you are willing to undertake.What Movetia offers:More than just a job!
