Today, our client is strengthening its field teams and is looking for a Windows Service Desk Referent. The role includes reinforcing the FHVi Service Desk during the Windows 11 transition, drafting and structuring the support procedures and the knowledge base dedicated to Windows, and accompanying the Service Desk agents on the new procedures and the KB. Take charge of complex Windows 11 incidents, qualify/prioritize tickets, escalate to N2/site technicians, and ensure rigorous reporting in EasyVista. Profile sought: Experienced Service Desk Technician, with in-depth expertise in Windows 11 (diagnosis, resolution, support of migrated environments). Accustomed to working in high-volume service centers, capable of handling numerous requests while maintaining a high level of quality and traceability. Very comfortable in drafting procedures and KB: continuous updates, clear writing, user-oriented field usage. Excellent communication and teaching skills: ability to explain simply, answer questions, reassure, and upskill less experienced colleagues.
