The Water & Gas Network Installer/Installer at 100% on a fixed-term contract between 6 and 12 months. The Energy Service of the City of Yverdon-les-Bains has the main mission of supplying its inhabitants with water, gas, and electricity. To this end, the SEY carries out construction, renewal, maintenance, and operation projects for its distribution network. Operating in a competitive environment, SEY must also optimize its offerings to its customers by implementing new solutions and frameworks for its activities. The Energy Service is looking for a:Water & Gas Network Installer at 100% on a fixed-term contract between 6 and 12 months.Your essential tasks:- Carry out construction work for drinking water and gas distribution networks.- Perform maintenance work and on the components of drinking water and gas distribution networks.- Carry out work related to the extension of the drinking water and gas distribution networks.We ask of you:- CFC in plumbing and/or certificate for water and gas network installer or equivalent.- Strong interest in public service.- Knowledge of installation and assembly techniques for drinking water distribution pipes.- Desired experience in a municipal drinking water and/or gas distribution network, or in a plumbing company.- Robustness and ability to work outdoors under challenging weather conditions while adhering to safety regulations.- Drivers license (and trailer BE).What we offer you:- Varied work serving a community.- Stable employment and great training opportunities.For further information, you can contact Mr. X, Head of the Water and Gas Unit during office hours.
