Engineer oriented towards business tools & 60 – 100% Systéa is a design office based in Monthey. Founded in [year], the company is a small structure resolutely focused on its clients. To complete our technical team, we are looking for an Engineer oriented towards business tools 60 – 100%. Main missions: - AMOA / Deployment of business solutions - Participate in the selection and deployment of business solutions (GMAO, asset management, management tools); - Contribute to the writing of project deliverables (functional and technical specifications, guide the phases of functional testing, commissioning and site management (including updating site documents and following functional specifications); - Administer and configure the tools: / of equipment, roles, workflows, mobile terminals, etc.; - Ensure the functional coherence of the tools (business rules, rights, processes). Governance & data quality: - Define and maintain standards to guarantee the quality, reliability, and consistency of data (assets, interventions, histories, stocks, spare parts); - Participate in data import/export processes, controls, cleaning, and validations; - Implement rules for equipment reference standards, families, etc.). Support and assistance to clients: - Train and assist clients, produce and evolve support materials, provide functional support to clients (diagnosis, resolution, escalation if necessary); - Be a reference on best practices and contribute to the skill development of clients. Continuous improvement & technological watch: - Suggest areas for development (field mobility, alerts, BI, IoT, etc.); - Participate in the evolution of internal tools and processes; - Contribute to reflections around data management and advanced uses AI, etc.). Desired profile: - Minimum technical degree in X, energy, transport, maintenance or equivalent field. - Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a tool-oriented environment: - SaaS / cloud business tools (GMAO, ERP, asset management, etc.); - Data processing or data quality; - Functional support or deployment of tools. - Skills: Good ability to structure, secure, and exploit data; - Good understanding of business tools; - Excellent rigor and sense of customer service; - Ability to write clear documents (procedures, supports, deliverables); - Progressive autonomy and ability to manage multiple topics in parallel; - Driving license and additional skills (bonus): Experience with a GMAO; - Competence in reporting / BI (Excel, Power BI, etc.); - Notions of SQL or database logic; - Interest in AI tools (LLM).
