For one of our clients, an occupational therapy practice located in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a versatile and experienced Occupational Therapist (m/f) wishing to invest in a human-sized structure, offering a stimulating work environment and mission. Ensure varied care for a diverse clientele (adults and/or children depending on your experience). Assess functional needs, define individualized therapeutic objectives, and implement tailored interventions. Carry out assessments, develop intervention plans, and ensure therapeutic follow-up. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, families, doctors, and external partners. Actively participate in the development of the practice (clinical meetings, internal projects, sharing good practices) to promote autonomy, social integration, and well-being. Profile: Recognized occupational therapist diploma in Switzerland (or in the process of recognition). Confirmed experience in practice, institution, or hospital environment, with autonomy. Mastery of standardized therapeutic tools and person-centered approaches. Excellent listening skills and ability to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship. Rigor, and ability to manage a schedule independently. Interest in teamwork and commitment to continued professional development in French; any other language is a plus.
