University/HES Intern in Digital / HR Projects (m/f/x) Strong and forward-looking employer, Vaudoise is one of the leading insurers in Switzerland. Active in the professional sector, it promotes the development of young talents, training more than 120 learners annually in our digital team and projects within our Human Resources department. We are looking for an intern to start immediately or as agreed for a duration of 6 months. As a university/HES intern, you will actively participate in various HR projects, contributing to the improvement of HR processes through high-impact projects. You will be a valuable support in managing HR digital projects and in our processes and systems. Your missions will include: - Contributing to the ongoing operation of the HRIS; - HRIS Support: providing ongoing support for existing HR systems and processes; - Reporting: preparing regular reports on project progress and outcomes; - Handling routine requests from HR teams and business regarding HR data and systems; - Data Analysis: collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making (Power BI, advanced Excel); - Maintaining and evolving reports and dashboards; - Writing and keeping up-to-date procedures and process documentation; - Change management: facilitating communication between stakeholders and producing support materials (slides, FAQs, internal news...) while ensuring transparency. Profile: - You are currently pursuing an academic program in a field closely related to Human Resources, Project Management Systems, Business Analysis, or equivalent; - You have a good understanding of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI); - You are interested in the HR world and digital tools; - You possess an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset; - You have a good command of French and ideally English; - You enjoy working in a team.
