## Job Description ##
* Provide administrative support for arbitration procedures in coordination with legal advisors
* Monitor the progress of cases and ensure proper follow-up at each stage of the arbitration process
* Transcribe and update information into standardised templates throughout the procedure life-cycle
* Ensure accurate and timely transmission of information between stakeholders
* Maintain organised filing systems, including document classification and archiving
* Support general administrative tasks related to case management
* Assist with travel arrangements (booking, coordination, logistics) when required
* Work in close collaboration with a team partner, handling case files jointly (two-person coverage model)
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Demonstrated experience in administrative support, ideally within a legal environment
* Bilingual Spanish and English (perfect command of Spanish and fluency in English)
* Excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to accurately transcribe and update information in templates and systems
* Reliable and proactive in ensuring smooth and timely communication between multiple stakeholders
* Highly organised, with solid skills in document management, filing, and archiving
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
* Team-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a paired (two-person) file management structure
* Good coordination and organisational skills, including basic experience in travel arrangements and logistics
* Proficiency in standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and document management systems
