What you can contribute: - Phone reception - Autonomy on site - Ensure quality and follow-up - Schedule from Monday to Friday 08:00-13:15 and/or 12:45-18:00 What you bring: - Experience in reception in a high-value-added environment - Experience in client/customer service or luxury hospitality, autonomy, efficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility - Excellent sense of hospitality, customer service, and discretion - Perfect command of French - Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) - Good knowledge of German (minimum B1 level) - Proficiency with usual tools and task management, priorities, flexibility, dynamism, and enthusiasm - Successful completion of apprenticeship or equivalent - Impeccable integrity (check of criminal records, financial records, civil capacity, and any past or ongoing criminal proceedings in Switzerland, C or B permit with authorized activity for more than 2 years) What we offer: - A permanent contract at 40% - Schedule from Monday to Friday 08:00-13:15 and/or 12:45-18:00 to be agreed upon - An interesting and extraordinary activity in an exciting and dynamic environment - A large degree of autonomy - Position open in Geneva Do you have the right profile?
