This is a permanent full-time position - within an accounting team but with autonomy in your functions, you will be responsible for:Banking & Treasury Management:- Manage relationships with banks and oversee e-banking access- Administer all the group’s bank accounts- Monitor, analyze, and anticipate cash flows- Manage financial flows between group entities (intra/inter-company)- Ensure the reliability of financial processes: - Prepare and initiate payments (salaries, expense reports, suppliers, transfers…) - Manage online banking operations (standing orders, direct debits, collections)Accounting & Support:- Enter and track accounting entries related to banks, cash registers, and creditors- Manage the headquarters cash- Participate in banking tools and optimize management toolsMonitoring & Control:- Integrate, code, and control cash movements- Justify and reconcile accounts (banks, key clients, intra-group)- Ensure monthly reporting and produce dashboardsWe are looking for a candidate with:- At least 5 years of experience in treasury within an accounting department- Experience in the services sector (candidates with solely banking or trading experience will not be considered)- Salary: around 100K CHF - on-site work, little turnover in the company- Availability before summerOur ideal candidate would like to join a family business with a human scale that can offer a nice combination of stability and is important to be able to work in multi-entities, have a sense of responsibility, and possess good communication skills. jid6365a97aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
