Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history.This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).Travel CoordinatorYour missionCoordination of all travel-related logistics (flights, hotels, rental cars, transport, etc.) for trips to tests and races—spanning from initial planning and detailed preparation to execution and comprehensive follow-upOrganization and coordination of service providers and stakeholders involved in the projectDetailed attendee and accreditation management, ensuring all participants are correctly registered and documentedMonitoring of travel expenses, including cost control and the auditing of invoices for accuracyOn-call availability during selected weekends and willingness to travel to specific events or races to provide on-site supportProcessing of visa applications and all associated documentation for international travelTracking and documentation of all travel bookings, ensuring strict compliance with company policies while supporting process optimizations for efficient travel managementClose collaboration within the team and providing cross-departmental support where neededYour profileSuccessfully completed degree in business administration, tourism, or an equivalent qualificationSeveral years of relevant professional experience in the tourism industry, travel management, or motorsportBroad fundamental understanding of business processes and workflowsStrong organizational and planning skills, as well as excellent knowledge of project managementIndependent, structured, precise, and proactive way of workingInitial experience with event or attendee management software is an advantageExcellent proficiency in MS OfficeStrong service and solution orientationStrong communication skills and ability to work in a teamHigh degree of flexibility, resilience, and reliabilityAbility to maintain an overview and act confidently, even in hectic situationsBusiness-fluent German or English skills; willingness to acquire basic knowledge of the respective other language jid7b1637aa jit0208a jiy26a
