Your tasks: Lead and supervise three teams of about 35 and apprentices Work in extended hours (03:00–00:30), from Monday to Saturday Ensure optimal efficiency, integrating economic and ecological challenges Analyze, propose, and implement continuous improvements Ensure quality management and ensure adherence to internal guidelines Evaluate staff and conduct recruitment, follow-up, and realignment interviews.
