Your future responsibilities: You will plan and organize activities to achieve goals and optimize performance, oversee the performance of your team, distribute the workload, arbitrate priorities, and guide the team. You will provide technical support on-site and accompany the ongoing search for improvement. You will contribute to defining and deploying standards and best practices. Profile: You hold a degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or a related field and have at least 5 years of direct management experience. You master Lean tools, have a true sense of teamwork, and the ability to unite around objectives.
