Description

You operate throughout the entire "Suisse Romande" and are responsible for the comprehensive support of all French-speaking customers of the Business Unit "General Industry & Specialities" in Switzerland. You will primarily work at the customer's site and from home office, and will be on-site in Killwangen at regular intervals.

Your tasks:

  • Ensuring service-oriented customer support within your own area of responsibility and, if applicable, support of associated suppliers
  • Market development in existing markets and acquisition of new customers in line with the business strategy
  • Identification of market trends and derivation of possible measures
  • Identification of innovation and optimisation opportunities in products as well as processes
  • Ensuring training (creation, organisation and implementation of training)
  • Ensuring smooth complaint management
  • Preparation of customer reports and assistance with data maintenance
  • Handling various administrative matters as well as preparation of statistics and reports

Your profile:

  • You have completed a technical education, ideally as a painter or industrial varnisher, and bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position. Alternatively, you have a business administration qualification and a strong affinity for technology and also have several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • You possess sound knowledge of liquid coating materials and market-specific paint systems
  • You convince with a pronounced constructive communication culture, very good presentation skills as well as a sales flair. In addition, you are characterised by flexibility, a constant striving for development and innovation
  • Perseverance and openness to new things are part of your personality. Recognising optimisation opportunities including their implementation is natural for you
  • A constructive feedback culture, teamwork, determination, loyalty and high reliability are among your personal qualities
  • You demonstrate implementation strength, have a "doer" mentality and also have a pronounced service orientation
  • Fluent language skills in French as well as very good language skills in German (both spoken and written) are mandatory and ideally you also have very good language skills in English, spoken and written
  • We expect a sound knowledge of MS Office and ideally you have SAP user knowledge
