Your tasks and responsibilities:- Manage requests and follow up on a pre-analysis of reported cases to assess priority and the need for intervention.- Handle technical issues and after-sales service.- Ensure post-intervention follow-up.- Provide technical support.- Offer a first level of support and technical advice to internal and external customers.- Collaborate with internal teams to process and resolve technical incidents.- Enrich the database with new filter references and ongoing documentation.- Document interventions and maintain the quality control repository.- Communicate relevant information on recurring defects or customer needs to the concerned teams to contribute to the ongoing improvement of products and services. Cross-functional tasks, skills development, and documentation support:- Participate in cross-functional tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.- Contribute to updating support materials (FAQs, guides, technical sheets).- Follow internal and external training to develop your skills.Profile sought:- CFC in construction machinery, agricultural machinery or heavy goods vehicles, or equivalent.- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.- Knowledge in general mechanics, fluid mechanics and system consultation in technical support and customer service.- Proficiency in tools (Office Suite, messaging, Internet).- Knowledge of metrology tools.- Ability to analyze and solve problems.- Good stress management and prioritization skills, with a structured approach to unforeseen circumstances.- Independent spirit, adaptability, and sense of responsibility.Start date: June 1st or as agreed.
