Key player in public transport, the tl transport carries each client through the heart of the Lausanne region with a commitment to simple, innovative mobility. At the heart of Gros-de-Vaud, the LEB represents an essential axis for the mobility of its inhabitants. To keep up with significant growth, the LEB line aims to introduce a 10-minute interval between Echallens and Lausanne. Major projects are planned on the LEB line, with a total budget of approximately 400 million to enable this evolution of the service. Among the major projects is the Assens-Etagnières project, which mainly involves the undergrounding of the LEB under the village of Etagnières, as well as the renewal of rail techniques on the Assens-Etagnières section. To ensure the progress of our projects, we are looking for a Rail Technical Project Manager for the LEB projects.Your missionAs a key member of our Cadence 10 team and under the leadership of the Cadence 10 Echallens team leader, you will be responsible for projects related to rail techniques for the future Assens-Etagnières project and for all the major projects on the LEB line, particularly the Vernand-Camarès station, the Chauderon station, and the Bercher garages. You will lead the complex projects of the LEB line from preliminary study to implementation, ensuring the initial availability of the rail infrastructures allowing for the LEB transport network in compliance with defined deadlines and quality criteria while managing costs. Your domain covers the following areas: energy distribution at different voltage levels, railways, and contact lines. You pay particular attention to preparing and supporting changes induced by projects within the company and minimizing the impact of projects on daily operations. The position requires a mastery of the technical specifics related to the railway field, ideally in electrical aspects (BT, MT, contact lines), as well as good knowledge in management and project management. You will also ensure the follow-up of equipment works with suppliers and industrial companies, prepare plan files (PAP), public procurement calls for tenders, and oversee the follow-up of the sites in the aforementioned areas.ProfileYou hold a degree in engineering from a HES/EPF or university in a technical field, ideally electrical/electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, or microtechnology, or equivalent. A CAS in a railway-related field (contact line or railway) is preferred. You have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in managing complex and multidisciplinary projects in the railway sector within a MO company (either as an engineering office or a construction company). Knowledge of SIA standards and OFT requirements is an advantage. Your ease of communication and listening skills allow you to establish a relationship of trust and a calm working atmosphere among the various stakeholders, and to understand both the constraints and the needs of the different parties involved. Your analytical and synthesizing abilities enable you to define your project's priorities within the given deadlines.
