In this position, you participate in the acquisition of projects put out to tender and carry out pricing studies. You analyze and synthesize tender files from a technical perspective with the main missions: - Pricing the construction site and preparing technical offer files, especially on structural aspects (concrete, wood, framework) - Considering solutions and alternatives in collaboration with the technical service - Researching suppliers and subcontractors - Determining all means to be implemented for the execution of the works in compliance with the quality, safety, and deadline objectives defined in the pricing study file (site visit, methodology implementation, study management, partnerships, calculations, etc.) - Ensuring the transfer of study files to the construction teams by presenting and justifying the hypotheses made and assisting the site managers at the start of the construction - Updating pricing analysis files Profile: You hold a degree in engineering (HES) or equivalent in Construction / Civil Engineering and have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in Structure. Knowledge of demolition works is an additional asset. You have strong analytical and synthetic abilities, show autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability in all circumstances. You master usual tools including BIM tools with great ease. You have a performance-oriented mindset and a taste for well-done work.
