In order to increase our market share in Switzerland and continue the development of our local sales and after-sales service, we are creating a new position for Technical Inspector (m/f/d) for the French-speaking part of Switzerland.Job Description:Main contact for LEMKEN products in the technical area for service technicians at dealers, including troubleshooting and problem resolution. On-site assistance to dealers and end customers in cases of complex after-sales service. Diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems on equipment. Sending issues to the customer service center and its hierarchy regarding service activities, diagnostics, and customer feedback via the system for the distribution of spare parts and logistics. Supporting dealers during the initial commissioning of new equipment and at customer events, trade shows, or other marketing activities.Profile:Several years of experience in technical customer service in the agricultural machinery or construction equipment sector. Interest and in-depth knowledge of agricultural techniques. Good technical knowledge, particularly in hydraulics and electronics. Excellent communication and intercultural skills, commitment, and ability to work within a dynamic team. Proficiency in German and French. Proficiency in common Office software.
