In this transversal role, you will ensure the technical aspects, monitoring, and management of HVAC systems, in close collaboration with internal partners. Responsibilities: - Ensure the proper functioning of heating systems, - Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance operations, - Analyze technical incidents and propose suitable and sustainable solutions, - Monitor and optimize monitoring and control systems, - Manage technical alerts and ensure follow-up of interventions, - Coordinate partner companies (planning, quality, costs), - Actively participate in continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives. Your profile: - Technical training in HVAC, mechanics, or construction, - Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar technical role, - Comfortable with monitoring tools and systems, - Ability to coordinate, prioritize and make technical decisions, - Fluent in French.
