You want to evolve in a stimulating technical environment and take charge of quality HVAC systems? If you are rigorous, proactive, and enjoy working with different teams, this position is made for you. Responsibilities include ensuring the proper functioning and availability of HVAC systems, planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, analyzing malfunctions, establishing diagnostics, and coordinating technical interventions. Optimize systems and improve energy performance via monitoring tools and manage technical alarms. Coordinate and lead external service providers (maintenance, repairs, inspections). Participate in functionality testing and commissioning of heating systems or equivalent technical solutions. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, project management experience, and the ability to coordinate different stakeholders. Proficiency in Office 365 and monitoring tools is required. Fluent French; knowledge of German is appreciated. You must be organized, dynamic, proactive, and a force for proposals, with a sense of responsibility, rigor, flexibility, and orientation based on your skills and experiences.
