Our client, a public entity in the region currently expanding, is looking to strengthen its technical sector with a Technical Officer at 70%.Your mission:Within a technical office, you will ensure the processing and technical handling of construction files and accompany the various stakeholders in their procedures. You will ensure the compliance of projects and guarantee adherence to current procedures and legal frameworks.Main responsibilities:- Follow up and technically process construction files- Verify the compliance of projects with current legal and regulatory provisions- Perform on-site compliance checks and participate in site opening meetings- Inform companies, owners, and citizens about municipal and cantonal proceduresDesired profile:- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in architecture, commercial employee with experience in project management, or equivalent- Strong interest in land use planning and construction law- Previous experience in a technical office or within a municipal service is an asset- Driving license B- Good knowledge of standards and the relevant field- Knowledge and mastery of proceduresBehavioral skills:- Analytical and synthesis skills- Sense of organization and priority management- Team spirit and sense of public service- Insightful and ability to take initiativeStart date: To be agreedThe HR consulting firm based in Payerne will examine your application with confidentiality.No information regarding the company or its identity will be communicated before the interview phase.
