To ensure quality public service, the City of La Chaux-de-Fonds is looking for a technical agent - pool supervisor. Your mission: You monitor the techniques and intervene when necessary. You carry out maintenance and cleaning work of the indoor swimming pools (facilities, locker rooms, and pools). You ensure the safety of users on site and in the pools. You prevent accidents and intervene when necessary by applying first aid techniques. Profile / Personal skills: You hold the PRO POOL certificate from the Swiss Lifesaving Society (SSS) and BLS-AED or are willing to obtain them before starting the position. You have a technical construction CFC or equivalent qualifications. Independent, rigorous, able to communicate courteously with clients, in good physical condition, able to work as part of a team, available for irregular hours, and capable of working with the required tools.
