Team Leader - position open to psychologists / speech therapists / psychomotor therapistsJob DescriptionYou have an interest in team leadership, are sensitive to the issues in the field of special education, and wish to help children and young people in difficulty within system X. Join us to strengthen our team in Morges!ResponsibilitiesEnsure the responsibility of a team, develop the skills of the team, and promote the interdisciplinary work of the team. Participate in the management of the region and implement decisions. Support the mission of the school by bringing specific skills and knowledge within the institution. Provide specific assistance to enrolled children and adolescents who face emotional, learning, behavioral difficulties or to promote their social, academic, and professional development. Collaborate with parents, school stakeholders, and other involved parties and provide specific knowledge in learning, behavior, or development allowing for actions or adjustments in the school context to benefit the child or group of children in difficulty.A criminal background check is required for this position. Please attach a complete file in a single PDF including CV, diplomas and for more information please consult the specifications by clicking here or contact Mrs. X, regional manager, who is willingly at your disposal.A master's degree in psychology and a postgraduate degree in psychology focused on children and adolescents, psychotherapy, clinical psychology or neuropsychology is required, or a master's degree in speech therapy from the universities of Geneva or Neuchâtel or an equivalent qualification, or Diploma X or recognized complementary certification in the relevant field of speech therapy or psychomotor therapy (ECTS credits) or non-certified complementary training in the relevant field (of an extent equivalent to the certified) and validated by the service or a qualification in a related field (teaching, psychology, sociology). A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, interest in interdisciplinary work and teamwork.
