Team Leader Masonry – techniqueR. PELLA SA is recruiting several team leaders to work on technical and challenging sites: drilling, sawing, complexes, specific interventions in sensitive environments. → If you are looking for a quiet or repetitive position, this is not for you. On-site, you are responsible for your team (2 to 3 people) and for the proper execution of the work and supervising the team. Execution of work (formwork, concrete, masonry, drilling, interpretation of plans and implementation). Management and respect of instructions. Daily monitoring of the site (daily report) → You work towards objectives, with autonomy and responsibility. Desired profile We are looking for 2 types of profiles: 1. Executing Team Leader (reliable) Confirmed site experience Technically solid, autonomous on-site Able to manage a small team Serious, consistent, oriented towards quality work → You do the job cleanly, every time. Team Leader (possibility of progression) Very good level on-site Able to establish a framework and manage a team Makes decisions and assumes responsibility for evolving (site manager in the long term) → You elevate others.
