You are responsible for the proper execution of the work, adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety standards.Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and immediately available Team Leader / Foreman Facade to join our team in Geneva for a full-time role, exclusively on-site. Your daily responsibilities will include on-site work, supervising teams and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines. You will also be responsible for controlling safety instructions and reporting on progress.As part of new construction projects, ensure the management of a team specialized in thermal and acoustic work. You are responsible for the proper execution of the work, adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety standards.Your Responsibilities:- Supervise, organize, and coordinate teams on sites- Actively participate in on-site work- Plan daily tasks- Read and interpret plans and technical details- Ensure compliance with SIA standards, energy regulations (CECB, MoPEC), and safety rules- Control the quality of insulation installation (mineral wool, PIR, EPS, XPS, etc.)- Coordinate with the site manager and other trades- Manage supplies and toolsYour Profile:- Vocational certification as an insulator, facade worker, plasterer, or equivalent- Experience as a team leader or proven experience in a similar role- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Switzerland- Good knowledge of external (ITE) and internal thermal systems- Knowledge of Swiss standards and safety rules on construction sites- Leadership skills and team spirit- Autonomy, rigor, and reliability- Valid driving license jid57d73dfaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
