As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of work on site, coordinating teams, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. You will need to plan and allocate resources, supervise, and ensure the safety and compliance of the work carried out. You will train and support new team members and report on the progress of the work and any potential issues to the site manager. You should be able to read and interpret plans, diagrams, and technical sheets, participate in construction site setup (layout, supply management), and organize the work area.
