Our client, a recognized company in the field of carpentry and wood construction in the canton of Fribourg, is looking for an experienced Carpentry Team Leader H/F to strengthen its team. This company works on various projects: new constructions, wooden structures, industrial halls, and renovation works. Responsibilities:As a Team Leader, you will play a central role on the construction sites:- Managing a team of 2 to 6 carpenters- Reading plans and diagrams of the site, distributing tasks, monitoring progress- Assembling wooden structures, traditional frameworks, trusses, prefabricated elements, ensuring compliance with safety standards (SUVA) and standards with site management, architects, and other trades- Engaging in manual work when needed and supporting apprentices or new employees Profile:- CFC of carpenter or equivalent recognized in Switzerland- Proven experience as a carpenter and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in team leadership- Mastery of wood construction techniques and modern carpentry tools- Ability to manage a site independently- Good sense of organization and ability to work in a team- Knowledge of Swiss standards (SIA, SUVA)- Driving license B required- Fluent in French (any other regional language is a plus)We offer:- A long-term position in a stable and recognized company- A modern, rewarding, and secure working environment- Various projects with motivating technical challenges- Salary in line with Fribourg standards, according to skills and experience- Opportunities for advancement to site manager or foreman- Start date: to be agreed (immediate or according to availability)- Workplace: Canton of Fribourg and potentially the canton of Vaud. jidee060bbaen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
