Support and unite the teams during the phases of project definition and commissioning, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost control. Analyze and challenge client needs to ensure the robustness and excellence of projects. Promote the values, culture, and mission of the company, while supporting the development and employability of the teams. Agree on objectives with your teams and guide them to ensure their technical skills are up to date in industry and object-oriented development. Successful experience in a leadership role and management of proposals, with a global vision and a mindset focused on flexibility and adaptability. Proficiency in English or French, excellent command of the other language; German is a plus.
