Supply ChainFor our partner located in the canton of Valais, GI Life Sciences is looking for a Supply Chain Professional.Start date: ASAP Temporary position End: Your mission: You are responsible for daily and short-term production, ensuring that a realistic schedule is established, consistent with human capabilities and the availability of materials. You coordinate all activities with production, logistics, quality control, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders. You monitor the progress of orders, ensure the accuracy of records, and update schedules based on priorities, unforeseen events, or urgent needs. You also contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing production performance, identifying trends or weaknesses, and proposing actions to optimize flows and efficiency.Skills: - Very good mastery of priority management and coordination between multiple departments. - Excellent understanding of production processes and flows, including BOM, quality requirements. - Proficient with digital tools: MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), ERP systems, and SAP PP/EWM/WM. - Ability to produce, analyze, and interpret KPIs to improve planning accuracy and anticipate risks. - Ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders, resolve scheduling conflicts, and facilitate the adoption of changes. - Capacity to leverage data from BI tools to generate reliable and useful reports for decision-making. - Desired knowledge of regulated environments (GMP).Your profile: - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, production or equivalent field. - Proven experience in logistics or in a pharmaceutical environment. - Fluent in English and French. - Ability to work in a team, influence without hierarchical authority, and establish effective collaboration with all involved parties. jid9a807b9aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
