The Electrical Energy Department operates hydraulic and thermal production infrastructures, develops production from renewable energies, and ensures a supply of electricity under the best conditions. **Supply and Trading Manager M/F****Mission:**Define, propose, and manage the energy supply strategy in the short, medium, and long term, ensuring supply security, coherence between forecasts and needs, as well as performance monitoring and financial oversight. Plan, coordinate, and supervise short and long-term management activities, manage supply and production portfolios, anticipate and control risks related to energy markets, in close collaboration with the Risk Manager and the Energy Risk Committee. Optimize energy from production means (owned and analyzed projects), ensure and guarantee the sustainability of supply sources (electricity, gas, CO₂). Develop and enhance service offerings related to energy markets, contribute to customer offers in the open market, and ensure overall coherence between commercial, trading, and energy management. Represent the department and the Group with partners and manage transversal projects (trading, IT, operations, systems).**Qualifications:**- Degree from an engineering school (HES/EPF) in electricity, mechanical, physics, or a related field, supplemented by a solid understanding of energy markets.- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a responsible position, with confirmed management experience in energy management and/or commodity trading.- Excellent knowledge of the energy market, derivatives products, and the electricity stock market, as well as good financial skills, including risk management, analysis, and reporting.- Good knowledge of real-time operations, hydrology, tools (MS Office, databases, ETRM, X analysis), and solid project management and team leadership skills.- Fluency in French or German, with very good knowledge of the other language and English, equipped with strong analytical skills, a decision-making mindset, leadership talents, and stress resistance. jidae0990eaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
