This is a great opportunity to gain professional experience in a stimulating work environment. The main mission consists of organizing and coordinating appointments for tire changes, ensuring smooth and efficient management of schedules, and organizing customer lists for appointment campaigns.Responsibilities:- Contact customers by phone to schedule tire change appointments.- Follow up on calls and confirmed appointments.- Coordinate schedules to optimize vehicle service handling.We are looking for candidates who:- Are currently studying.- Have some experience in customer contact: a plus!- Are available 16 hours/week - 2 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).- Are comfortable with the Office Suite.- Are dynamic, cheerful, and comfortable on the phone.Our recruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by Academic.
