As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Buyer % (m/f) to structure and deploy our activities while developing sustainable and efficient relationships with our key suppliers. Secure long lead-time items through the establishment of strategies aligned with sales forecasts. Monitor and analyze supplier performance (quality, lead times, costs) through annual reviews and specific follow-ups in case of deviations. Analyze supplier non-conformities and manage action plans and continuous improvements for recurring issues. Organize and facilitate exchanges between our departments and our suppliers, with a strong spirit of cooperation and cost reduction approach: design-to-cost, introduction of new suppliers, management and outsourcing. In close collaboration with the Technical Office, identify, qualify, and develop new suppliers to support our activities.Master's degree from a business school or engineering (mechanics, etc.) with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally acquired in a high-precision machine tools or industrial environment. Confirmed experience in high-value added electronic products, complex systems, or high-precision mechanical parts. Languages: French (C2), English (C1), German appreciated.
