Join our F4S team as a STPS Specialist and Fire Safety Officer AEAIV.Your mission: As a STPS Specialist and Fire Safety Officer, you will join a team of specialists in the fields of health, workplace safety, and fire safety. Your mission will be to develop the areas of CFST in a broad sense and ensure compliance of deliverables with clients. You will report directly to the Management of F4S and the safety engineers, and work closely with various specialists within the team.Main tasks:- Conduct STPS and fire safety compliance audits at client sites- Analyze occupational risks and establish safety documents (MSST system audit, hazards, fire protection concept plans, prevention solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client)- Lead health and safety training sessions for clients and management, as part of our curricula and supervise exercises for the compliance of fire safety procedures and equipment- Write expertise reports and detailed technical reports- Assist clients in implementing our standard CFST solution- Monitor action plans and ensure deadlines are met- Collaborate with competent authorities (SECO, CFST, SUVA, cantonal labor inspections, and fire police)- Maintain regulatory monitoring on the evolution of legal bases in occupational safety and health- Represent the company to clients and contribute to its visibility as a Fire Safety Specialist with continuous follow-upRequirements:- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a workplace safety specialist in Switzerland and in fire safety, in a company with specific hazards and fire protection- In-depth knowledge of legal provisions in workplace safety, health protection, and fire protection- Excellent command of French both spoken and written, and technical knowledge in English- Knowledge of German is a plus- Willingness to travel geographically to meet client needs (mainly in the canton of Geneva)- Valid driver's license (car / Swiss or current valid permit)Skills and competencies:- Excellent sense of organization and priority management- Strong analytical ability- Sense of responsibility- Ability to propose and implement solutions- Capacity to work in a team and independently- Interpersonal skills Why join us?
