With the opening of our new branch in Neuchâtel, we are looking for: Store Manager, full-time (80–100%) Store Manager for the new branch in Neuchâtel - % who will take overall responsibility for our new store in Neuchâtel, from its opening to its direction. You lead, motivate, and develop your team, create a positive working atmosphere, and plan the schedules and duties of your team fairly. You are responsible for visual merchandising and ensure a commercial and appealing layout of our store, manage merchandise orders, implement sales actions, and actively participate in the daily operations of the store: cash register, receiving goods, and customer contact. You ensure that all store processes run smoothly and that sales targets are met. You bring experience in retail or a similar role (for example, in hospitality or nursing), management experience, a passion for leading a team, and celebrating successes. You have a strong sense of responsibility, a hands-on mentality, and solid skills. Excellent command of French (C1 level) and good basic knowledge of English. Enjoying human contact and possessing a motivating personality with a strong team spirit – you know how to bring people together, motivate, and inspire.
