For our partner in the Biel region, Kelly Life Sciences is looking for a :

Sr. Oracle Business Systems Analyst

(Permanent position)

Your mission:

You will work with supply chain teams to design, implement and support technical solutions that align with business objectives. Also, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the company's systems and processes.

Tasks:

• Implement best practice when gathering and modelling requirements.

• Working with business stakeholders to analyse, define and document business processes within and across functional areas.

• You will encourage best practice when gathering and modelling requirements.

• Design and document cross-functional and global solutions, drawing on the functional expertise of functional and technical team members or suppliers where appropriate.

• Advise on solutions prepared by peers or the support team, and promote good design practice

• Manage the wider team documentation and assist the team in identifying and defining relevant documentation templates for solution delivery.

• Identify improvements to resolve recurring issues.

Profile:

• Degree in the field of transport, logistics management, international trade.

• Proven experience in a similar position in an international environment. • Experience in demand planning, MRP or MSP.

• Very good knowledge of MS-Office and expert use of ERP and CRM systems, in particular Oracle and financial modules (AR, AP).

• Languages: French and English. German is an asset.

• Strong written and oral communication skills and very good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Willingness to travel occasionally if required
