Your mission: Ensure the care and monitoring of patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee a comprehensive and tailored approach. Participate in the implementation of individualized therapeutic projects. Ensure compliance with care and safety protocols. Contribute to prevention and health promotion for patients. Your profile: Swiss nursing diploma or equivalent qualification, experience in a similar position, team spirit, rigor, and listening skills, proficiency in standard office software, French level C1 required (written and spoken).
