The Superior Judicial Authority of the Canton of Vaud, the Cantonal Court assumes a role of judicial and managerial authority of the Vaud judicial order. It consists of 45 cantonal judges and substitute judges, elected for a duration, as well as a registry serving its various needs. To complete the current team, the Cantonal Court, which employs nearly 200 people, is seeking a specialized case manager. Responsibilities Ensure autonomously the management and follow-up of the files from the court registry of the Court of Law and Public Affairs, mastering the procedures and business processes in the field. Analyze and handle the different stages of the procedure related to file management, ensuring that all documents are gathered and compliant. Collaborate in the organization and management of hearings, auditions, and sessions by determining the level of involvement; oversee the handling, routing, and dispatch of various correspondences by setting priorities according to deadlines. Draft certain decisions under the authority of the judge or any other authorized person. Provide customer service at the counter and by phone, informing litigants and partner services about procedures, deadlines, and additional information available in the terms of reference. Required qualifications include a commercial employee diploma or any degree deemed equivalent, with 2 years of professional experience in the judicial field, study, or public service, and resilience to stress. Good writing skills and excellent spelling, capability for autonomous work with responsibility towards the hierarchy. Knowledge of standard tools, speed, rigor, precision, and discretion are required. As part of the recruitment process, candidates will need to present an extract from the debt collection registry and a criminal record of less than 3 months. Engagement in the lower salary bracket is possible if the duration of experience related to the judicial field, study, or notary is insufficient at the time of recruitment. WHO ARE WE?
