Specialized Civil Case Manager Job Description Are you meticulous, endowed with a strong analytical mind, and driven by a sense of public service? Join the civil supervision authority of the canton of Vaud as a specialized case manager. You will ensure the precise handling of complex cases, in collaboration with multiple partners, including Swiss embassies abroad, while adhering to the applicable legal bases. You will also guarantee the reliability of the documents issued while informing and guiding the public professionally. Required qualifications A commercial employee diploma or an equivalent title At least 5 years of professional experience in case management with analysis and decision-making Interest in Swiss socio-political current events and very good analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills Methodical mindset, precision in transcription tasks Customer service-oriented, collaborative spirit, and interest in family law, private law as well as civil provisions Very good writing skills Basic knowledge of German and/or English: a fixed-term contract of one year, renewable. -------------------------------------------- RECRUITMENT PROCESS Does this description interest you?
