Starting from [date], we will begin operations at our new, modern production site in Oberbuchsiten (SO). Become part of our team and actively shape the future of food production – a key role with plenty of scope for creativity!What you will achieve: You will ensure a smooth transfer of our product range to the new production facility, lead all PLM processes in the Egg Business Unit, and develop egg and egg products, taking into account sustainability and quality. You will coordinate and manage collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as production, logistics, purchasing, and quality assurance. You will establish efficient development and market launch processes, carry out product tests, tastings, and quality assurance measures to meet product standards. You will analyze market and consumer trends and derive recommendations for product development. You will advise and train internal and external stakeholders on egg and egg products and continuously optimize existing products and processes to enhance quality and meet the demands of a dynamic market.Your profile:Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) in [field] and further education.Work experience: Several years of professional experience in the food sector, ideally in product development of perishable products such as fish, meat, or eggs. Solid knowledge in the food industry as well as practical experience in development processes and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).Strong skills and the ability to manage multiple development projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Quick comprehension, systematic thinking and the capability to establish standards. Ability to work independently, combined with enthusiasm and experience in developing new products.
